Purpose of Data Processing
The Service Provider collects personal data from individuals using the accommodation (hereinafter referred to as „User”) only when the User voluntarily provides their information, either by registering for accommodation via email or by otherwise submitting their details to contact the Service Provider.

By registering on the website, providing their data, and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User gives their explicit, clear, and voluntary consent for the Service Provider to record, store, and process their personal data to the extent necessary for providing the service, improving service quality, monitoring, and providing relevant information.

ii) The User provides their data when booking through accommodation platforms (e.g., Szallas.hu, Booking.com).
iii) The User submits their data on the IFA declaration form upon check-in.

By communicating via email or submitting their data on the IFA form, the User consents to the Service Provider recording, storing, and processing their personal data for the purpose of:

When browsing the website, only anonymous information is recorded, such as which subpages are viewed and which functions are used or attempted to be used. These data help maintain and improve the website’s operation and ensure smooth functionality.

Under applicable laws, the Service Provider must provide Users, upon request, with information about their personal data, correct any inaccuracies, or delete their data upon request. The Service Provider will only delete User data upon explicit request from the User.
